MFA is commonly used. in almost all websites we access that provide a service. Microsoft only allows one phone number per account to be used for MFA. the phone number assigned to a staff member allows them to login to our systems. we have systems that whole groups of people access that need MFA, so we add the number from a call queue, but it doesn't work. we have purchased a track phone, and we are considering an SMS service. RC has fallen behind and needs to catch up. our pervious VOIP service didn't have this issue, so when I hear we need to purchase an addon to allow this to happen which we did and it still doesn't work, its frustrating. MFA is so common it should just work and almost everyone uses Microsoft.
