Right now call volume is less and it is not as important if you are hosting a conferance call we dont have 2 or 3 calls holding for us. But even in a month that wont be the case so if several customers are holding for me I cannot exit the call and let one of the other techs take over because it will hang up the entire call. Up till this new system that has never been an issue.
