    This is a critical feature and one that I lost when I migrated from another phone system to RingCentral. This surely must be a fairly easy lift programmatically. Please consider making this happen. I will continue to try to find work-arounds or other ways to reach the end goal which is this:

    An end user must be able to dial a phone number and either automatically be joined into a conference or be presented with an IVR that can then allow them to choose a key press option to join a specific conference.

    We provide services to folks with various significant disabilities which make using a number pad on a phone very difficult. Many used to have the conference number on a speed dial button because dialing the telephone number was too difficult. This is an accessibility issue from our perspective.
