    Make the desktop app automatically reduce the size, compress, or reduce resolution of images or videos to fit within the 1.4mb limitation.

    It appears that you can send from a mobile device. I have been sending images that are well above the 1.4 mb max from my cell phone and the Ring Central App, but not from my desk top. So I am compressing them myself in order to be able to send them from my desk top
