    So I have a work around, our office has an IVR when people call in initially they press the number they want to go to, and if they get the voicemail I have them dial 00. Since I have my voicemail set to send callers back to the main menu if they press 0 during the voicemail, and the main menu IVR I have set up to go to the extension I want at 0.

    So if you'd set up your voicemails to have 0 go to an IVR, then have them dial an extension they want...
