    Having the transcript of a voice message can help us get an idea of what is needed and can be something that we can reference during the call to take notes.

    Getting the voice mails as links makes listening to them a little difficult as we have to copy and paste the link multiple times before I am able to listen to it. If we were able to have them as a audio files it would make listening much easier.
