SINCE WE JUST RECENTLY MOVED FROM QUICKTALK WE HAVE FOUND THAT THIS IS A VERY IMPORTANT FEATURE. IT ALLOWS FOR ACTIVE EMPLOYEES TO BE ABLE TO TAKE CARE THEIR PARTNER'S CASES. PLEASE ADD THIS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
