Please add the ability to disable the auto-purchase calling credits on the RingCentral end or Admin Portal platform.
Dear RingCentral Support,
I am writing to request clarification and a refund regarding an automatic calling credit charge that was recently applied to our account.
We have an Unlimited U.S. Calling Plan, and we have not made any international calls. However, an Auto Purchase of calling credits was triggered and $20 was charged to our account.
We suspect this may be due to our physical location, but all our outbound calls are strictly to U.S. numbers using our RingCentral U.S. number. We have not dialed any international destinations.
Please:
Disable the Auto Purchase feature for our account.
Investigate the charge and issue a refund for the $20, as this was not due to any out-of-plan usage from our side.
We kindly request your urgent support and look forward to your response.
