This is needed for us to be able to operate efficiently over the weekend since most of our emergency services are need at that time. All texts need to be routed to each manager/owner to ensure the customer is getting taken care of. If only one person is receiving the “emergency text” on their phone, that person could be out of service or not see the message. This is critical for our operations, logistics, warehouse, and project management teams.
