    PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE implement Character counter when sending SMS. NO ONE at Ring Central Customer Service knows how to calculate the Characters or the Segments & I continue to go over my limit. I've asked MULTIPLE TIMES & no one knows!!! Thanks, George Pierce 310-598-5477
