There is an insane work around for not having this feature - and that seems to be the case with so many features I believed to just be standard for a phone system, that RC just seems to lack.
Apparently creating a Video Pro account/user per queue and then making all the people in that queue co-recipients of its voicemail. Then you forward voicemails to that VP user.
From an administration standpoint this seems like insanity. Having to use these out there work arounds really lowers my respect for RC as a mature telephony solution.
