Forward a voicemail to a call queue voicemail
We need to be able to have the option to forward voicemails to call queues like we have the option to with other users.

This is a critical feature for our operations. Our customer service team works staggered schedules, and it is essential that incoming voicemails are accessible to the entire team rather than an individual user. Without a shared voicemail option, messages may be delayed or missed depending on staff availability.
Our previous phone system supported this functionality, so we were very surprised to learn that it is not currently available in RingCentral.
We respectfully request that this feature be added or that you provide a recommended solution to accomplish shared voicemail access. This capability is vital to maintaining our service standards and response times.

I think that having the option for any available staff member for that department is beneficial rather than dialing to each individual member to see who is available.

As a clinical team member, this would be very beneficial when trying to reach other departments. This would help us to be able to reach someone in another department more efficiently, resulting in saving time.

100% agree, This need to be a feature. We often have the need to forward a voicemail to the REX Call Queue that is responsible for it.

Our office manufacturers oral appliances for dentists. It is critical that calls are returned as soon as possible. Not being able send a call directly to a queue's voicemail causes delays which doesn't work for us or our customers. This was a basic feature in our old PBX system. Really surprised that it doesn't exist here.

We have Call Forwarding going from One Call Queue to another. However we need to have voicemails to be saved on another Call Queue Voicemail ext.
