I think this is absolutely ridiculous that I have spent the last 3 days trying to figure out why I dont have this feature only to be told that is not yet available.
Why is your technical team not updated on this? I have a ticket in on this and literally spent 3 days only to be told that it is only for select BETA users.
Ive only been a customer for 4 days as well---not a good start Ring Central
