I think this is absolutely ridiculous that I have spent the last 3 days trying to figure out why I dont have this feature only to be told that is not yet available.

Why is your technical team not updated on this? I have a ticket in on this and literally spent 3 days only to be told that it is only for select BETA users.

The option exists for Company Template, but it does not function within the desktop app. When you click the plus button, it only creates a personal template. Is the function coming later? Does it need to be enabled for accounts on the backend?

They added this - it is under company template now.

Would be very helpful to streamline outbound sms message.

This would be extremely beneficial to create automated messages via templates and share across all team members.

Please add this ability. We are a nonprofit mental health care company interested in helping increase access to therapy and integrated treatment for all families. We would like to use this feature to increase awareness about our services to underserved community members. Please support organizations like ours by voting yes.

I suggest that this can be read only version for standard users then editable version for superadmins.

This helps save time for other user to create another template
