    We receive numerous calls a day and we always had the feature if we answered a call and the phone rang again, (we would hear the phone ring not just a beep in the ear) we would place the first caller on hold and then answer the next call and place that call on hold, and if the phone rang again, we could place that call on hold. We tell the caller's, please hold. Then we could help the first caller and then go to second, third etc. A beep in my ear is not very helpful. A ringing feature is what this company would like to have again.
