Even if local presence isn't available, pricing and structure of adding an additional regional phone number for users is cost prohibitive. A one-time $5 charge + $10/monthly is pretty absurd. For reference, GoTo Connect has a one-time charge of $2-3 per phone number last I checked which is much more reasonable.
