Reduce the volume of the ringing tone when starting an RCV meeting to prevent it being too loud
When a user starts a video call or RCV meeting a loud ringing tone is heard. Most users find the volume too loud and then reduce the volume on their audio device. Then when the meeting starts the audio is too soft and they have to increase the volume. The suggestion is to reduce the ringing tone vole by 50% and then to increase the meeting volume by 25%.

Case # 13901106I've worked with your level 2 support and they suggested I submit ANOTHER request. Please add the ability to control the volume of the ring tone when connecting to another RC user via RC Video.

When connecting to a co-worker with Ring Central Video, the tone that plays is VERY loud. There appears to be no way to control the volume level. Support has told me to lower the volume setting in the settings but that also lowers the volume of my meeting audio. I currently have my RC audio set to 100% and I control the volume using my external speakers' volume control. That way I can control it quickly using a knob instead of going to an app setting or adjusting the Windows speaker volume.

When initiating a video call, please allow disable of the tone that blares out when "ringing" the person being called. Or at lease turn it down a bit. It is too loud and disruptive and forces the caller to turn down or disable audio when "ringing" and then turn backup when the person on the other end joins the meeting.
