Remote Control for RCM via browser
User still utilized RingCentral Meetings for video meeting and this has limited the remote control. This should still be available while RingCentral meeting is in transition to RingCentral video.

MSFT 365 - Choose your default online meeting provider ( Add RCV as a option)
Customers have asked for the ability to set default meeting provider as seen below. Today MSFT admin have the option of adding MSFT Teams, Blue Jeans, GTM, Google Meet and Zoom as users default meeting type. RingCentral needs to work with MSFT to get RingCentral Video on the list so customers can assign the default meeting type. This would also make RCV more sticky with customers and users.
