in a group call some electronic raising of a hand so we can ask questions without interrupting or creating a free for all. side chats so if you see someone you need to make a comment to, it can simulate in person meetings where you get to speak with people

In a conference with more than 2 people, people will speak over one another and it prevents their ideas from being heard properly. This feature will help alleviate talking over one another. When their screen turns blue, the host can address that person accordingly.
