More flexible options for Recorded Meeting download
For customers to have a choice for it to download the recorded meeting as either 2 separate files (audio and video) or as a single file (both audio and video embedded)It will be easier to upload it to different types of services without having to record the same thing multiple times, such as the audio only, on platforms such as podcasts. or a single video/audio file to video or training platforms like youtube or vimeo (for example). Also easier to manage, if errors occur on the video, but audio part can stand alone / is usable.

The file for video recordings are too big for my CMR. It would be great if we could download the audio portion of the video meeting only so that we may stay compliant with Medicare to keep the recordingss for 10 years.

I would like to record separate audio tracks for each participant in video meeting. I am recording a podcast over ring central and it would make editing easier by having each person on a separate audio track

In the past, we were able to download either a RingCentral audio recording from a meeting, or a video recording. For most meetings, we do not screen share or use video, but need record of the audio. For this reason, it would be useful to have audio only (otherwise, the video is just a blank screen). Thanks!

Can Ringcentral Video Recordings, once done have two separate files for video and audio? Like with the recording for RingCentral Meetings powered by Zoom.
