Please allow us to move speaker videos around in gallery view.In gallery view, it can be multiple pages, and in big groups, some people are passive, and some are active, it would be helpful to move active participants to the front page.

We should be able to pin one of the participants when sharing video. This is useful when there is a room in the meeting. Helps bring them into view and read body language. This is a feature that is available in Zoom.
