It's a shame we got a new fleet of dell 7000 series with great specs and our users are let down to discover RingCentral deems the new equipment incapable but the virtual backgrounds work in literally every other software. The virtual backgrounds were working fine for some time, what changed.

Agreed, requiring and i7 is just poor programming. If an iPhone can handle it, an i5 CPU should be able to. Inefficient code much?
