Been in a situation just now that a video meeting had to be cancelled last minute and we could not amend the calendar schedule. I messaged the team members involved to let them know that the meeting is involved. At the scheduled date I joined the video meeting just in case somebody else did not read the postpone notice and they join the meeting.I was thinking it would be great if we could leave a message on screen in the meeting "Thank you for joining and apologies for the late notice. This meeting has been postponed and will be re-scheduled at a later date." So that anyone who joins via meeting link will know why they are alone on the call :)It would be the virtual version of a paper glued on the door delivering the message. :)Thank you.
