Ability to customize the color of the annotation marker
The customer wants to have an ability to change the color of the annotation marker to a different color when using the RingCentral Video.

THIS IS CRITICAL as an update to the system for me. PLEASE consider making the appropriate changes here. I wish you would bring back the old annotation tool that you had when Zoom was powering your technology. It had the ability to choose a shape, the thickness of the line used and the color. It had multiple options that made working remotely so much easier.

This is something that I believe is just a part of the Annotation issue. Looking at the comments I have shared you have not addressed items raise between 2 and 5 years ago. For this to be a useful tool the annotation tool needs to be upgraded to allow users a better experience. Things like this make me as an owner want to consider other providers for my needs.

When we first started using RC it was powered by Zoom. The annotation tool at that time allowed me a lot of customization when using meetings. We lost that when you stopped being powered by Zoom. I really need that back.
