Allow for participant video panel pop out when someone is screen sharing.
It would be nice to have the option to pop out the participant video panel when someone is sharing their screen so that you can have the screen share on one screen, and the participants on another screen. Similar to how you can pop out the participants when you are the one screen sharing.

Allow shared presentation to be "popped out" and moved to second screen. Allows full screen viewing of participants and full screen presentation simultaneously.
