I have two requests/suggestions regarding our RingCentral Video Meetings and Conference Calls: When sharing the screen, there’s an option to mark-up the screen with a ‘pen’ function, but not a highlighter (as in Zoom)Here’s a screenshot of the Zoom options. Each item has a drop down list with further settings (pen line thickness, color, etc.)This would be a suggestion to pass on to the developers for future improvements. We need to have the Canada – Vancouver conference line available as an option in the RingCentral settings (currently only shows the ones listed below, but I found the Vancouver one after doing a deep dive on the site).
