Our company is experiencing a serious issue with RCV. We are a large real estate company that has monthly virtual all company meetings. These meetings frequently invite high level guest speakers. The RCV invite to these external guests displays a pop up to go to the MS Store to get an app to run the meeting (as these external guest speakers do not have the RC Unified app installed to the computer they are joining the meeting from). This error condition is unacceptable and needs to be resolved ASAP. This problem is one of numerous issue with RC and the company owners have directed me to research viable optional vendors to replace RC within our company. Screen shot attached of the pop up alert.
