Display profile of meeting attendees
I am in a customer facing role. In many of the meetings I attend, I find I spend a fair amount of time & mental focus trying to understand who the other people are in the meeting and why they are there. E.g., does person A report to person B? Is person C an RC Salesperson or the Partner? Why does person D keep steering the conversation towards topic X? Being able to access that context would allow me to focus much more on the conversation at hand instead of using my powers of inference & deduction to figure out who the attendees are, what their motivations are and/or what interests they represent. I don't think I am alone in that. What if you could hover your mouse over their name in the participants list and see other attendees' name, company, title and what they hope to achieve by attending the meeting? The first three can be pulled from their profile. Easy. The fourth may need to be gathered before the meeting. Perhaps before they enter the meeting, they could be asked the question, what do you hope to achieve in this meeting? (this part might need further thought/development) This information could greatly improve the quality of the discussion. To my knowledge, no other Web Meeting tool has this feature.
