Translation UX
Even RC employees are struggling with UX with translation feature for Q&A, so next points:
- can translation be set to default language of customer? by his/her RC settings
- make this feature more user-friendly in Webinars UI, for now it's not so native and takes time to point colleagues to exact button

A webinar attendee can choose a preferred language for Q&A translation, which will be remembered for the session. The Q&A translation is turned off by default. See Participating in Q&A sessions during RingCentral Webinars

this one seems to be already working
And agree with user-friendly part - panelists who conduct presentation really have no Idea that messages are auto translated and not in English
