I would like to propose new feature for Jupiter / RCV.
The main idea of requested functionality is based on former click-to-call service for telephony.
The link will allow external users to make a call to creator's endpoint with no need to install any App / log in.
Link creator will not need to reveal any personal contact information in order to avoid spam / misuse / limit the calls.
User can define the rules for each link or even stop the access in case of abuse.

As a Jupiter/mThor user, I would like to be able to
- create unique link for external (not logged in) users who possibly would like to call me
- define rules for this link (expiration time and/or amount of possible calls via the link)
- define short name for the link in order to be able to distinguish where the call is coming from
- see link short name in case of incoming call via the link
- answer the call from external user willing to communicate by means of link
- end the call
- receive call summary / chat history / recording after the call was ended
- decline the call in case of incapability to answer it at the moment
- block the link permanently in case of unsolicited usage (e. g. spam / abuse / too many calls)
- manage all previously created links (update rules, disable/delete link, see call history, analytics, etc.)

As a external user, I would like to be able to
- open the link provided by Jupiter/mThor user
- see basic information (creator's name, amount of remaining call attempts by this link, button 'Start Call')
- (optional) Introduce myself by entering my name / email / etc
- pass thru media devices (Camera/Mic) test to ensure readiness for the call
- hear waiting tones when calling
- hear/see Jupiter/mThor user upon answering
- end the call
- receive call summary / chat history / recording after the call was ended

Pros for Jupiter/mThor user:
- flexible and useful mechanism to create limited self-managed communication channels
- no need to reveal actual contact information
- easy way to avoid spam / misuse
- no need to persuade user to install an app / register / log in
- easy way to see where the call is coming from / see analytics / etc
- for companies it can be used as a platform for personal Premium Support channels

Pros for external user:
- easy way to reach the Jupiter/mThor user with no need to install any app / register / log in
- call summary / recording sent to email
