Option to disable pop up message to be RingCentral member
the pop-up message inviting a user to become a RingCentral member cannot be removed if they are not part of RingCentral when they are invited to a video meeting. The pop-up is designed to encourage non-members to join the platform.

When I invite new board members to a meeting, they think they have to join RingCentral to get into the meeting. This causes confusion and they are late logging in. They also ask to use another platform because of this.

Customers refuse to join the meeting if prompted to become a member. This is not a standard feature on other meeting platforms
