What: Bring back starred comments/Q&A!

Why: With the new backstage platform, we can only highlight one comment or question at a time. Highlighting one comment makes sense for displaying on the screen for all attendees. However, starring multiple comments or questions where they fall in the larger chat or Q&A makes live Q&A much smoother when accumulating over the course of the event.
Where: Chat, Q&A tabs
Who: Everyone with backstage access, hosts, moderators, speakers should be able to star and unstar a comment or question.
Benefit: Time savings when locating Q&A or chats to review as a group; ease of follow up for unanswered chats or questions; ease of use
