I am on a Mac and there is no option for prospects or clients to join from browser. Your AI bot kept directing me to a setting that didn't exist then the support person told me that "Regarding using your RC app at the moment there is not a way to have a video meeting to someone that does not have a RC app" and "The reason is that the videomeeting is a feature from the RC app itself so that is why it''s necesesary to enter the video meeting". It's clear from browsing others' feedback that the option exists for some people. The inability to join from a browser is a major flaw for my business. Losing prospects and frustrating current clients is not a great way to run a business.
