When
- Simplify the transition from a phone call to a video meeting. When I need to move a customer from a phone call to a video screen share, the current process requires navigating through multiple layers of clicking/screens and forming an email, which is inefficient. I understand that the customer is on their phone, but I should be able to launch a video session from my computer in a single step. There should then be a field to enter the customer's email address so RingCentral can automatically send them the meeting link invite not requiring me to pause the work that I am doing to construct it.
2.Ensure Do Not Disturb is automatically enabled during screen sharing.
When I transition from a call to a screen-sharing session, Do Not Disturb should automatically activate and reliably block incoming calls. Currently, DND is inconsistent, and incoming calls still interrupt active screen shares. Automatically placing the agent in DND for the duration of the screen-sharing session would eliminate these interruptions and provide a better experience for both the agent and the customer.

I agree with Heather on this, the system was fine before you "made it better", now there's a long delay before you can send the link to the desired recipient.
