Display Location/Business Name on Voicemail Messages
Description:
Customer is requesting an enhancement that allows voicemail messages to display the location, business name, or phone number that the caller dialed.
The customer has multiple locations/business numbers and currently can identify the location when receiving live calls because the incoming call displays the number being called. However, when a caller leaves a voicemail, the voicemail notification/message does not indicate which location or business line the caller was trying to reach.
Business Impact:
Without the called location information, users must manually determine which location the voicemail belongs to, which can create delays in responding to customers and increase the chance of routing messages incorrectly.
Requested Enhancement:
Add the ability for voicemail messages, notifications, or voicemail details to include the called number, location, or business name associated with the voicemail. This would help organizations with multiple locations efficiently identify and manage voicemail communications.

This is critical as this will help determine who the caller is trying to reach. Especially if the one answering the call responds with a different business name/location confusing the caller and increasing frustration as they are unsure they have reached the right person they have been trying to reach out to. Caller sometimes will not leave who they are calling to and the voicemail gets placed into a bunch of other voicemails and reaching out with the wrong business name can lead to confusion.
