For context our work deals with family dispute resolution. There are options built into the video meeting but these should be a global option. i.e. chat can be disabled for everyone ~ only private to host, no reactions allowed, no screen sharing etc. Very common settings for client facing work and very annoying to have to change every meeting plus forgetting to do so for every meeting has the potential to run into privacy/confidentiality issues, runs the risk of clients messaging one another who might have court orders (maybe not so much of a risk if they are kept in their own breakout room).
