Add user while on a RCV
It would be helpful to be able to add users to a RCV or RCM while on a call. If we could have and add button and it pull up our contacts like a phone call. This is available in MS Teams.

Quicker switching from internet to phone audio in RCV (Glip)
When attending a meeting from a laptop, I sometimes need to switch quickly to phone audio due to call quality issues. When I use the 'Call Me' feature, after connecting, it requires me to dial 1, but then still tells me how many participants there are before actually connecting me. Switching this connection takes over 25 seconds, which is a long time when folks are waiting to hear me speak. I would like to be able to press '1' and have it connect very quickly.

Improve 'Share Screen' functionality
The "Share your screen function" may not be intuitive for a novel user. For example, to share "Your Entire screen," you have to click on the screen picture to actually share the screen. Additionally, with multiple screens, you have to click on one of the screens. Providing user guidance is some fashion may make this easier for beginners

Split Screen in Glip
When in a meeting via RCVideo/Glip, having the ability to see messages or engage in a glip message on same screen vs minimizing your meeting, in order to respond to a glip message, or create a task, or multi task. If we could have a split screen option/single screen ability to message & access parts of glip, while on a call with screen or video gallery still up, not minimized. Hope that makes sense! Ability to select which participants to see in a RCV Meeting
The request is for a granular option that allows meeting participants to control whose video they want to see and who on the far end can see their video during a meeting.

Correct RCV UI to prevent accidental leaving of meeting
During a RCV, when 'Chat' is selected, the UI realigns control buttons and 'Leave' aligns to the location where 'Chat' was, creating frequent accidental leaving of meetings when an errant double-click or if there was a delay in the first click attempt.

Alert user via RingEX message when RCV recording has been shared
Currently users receive an email with a link to a shared RCV recording. The suggestion is to also send the user a RingEX message with the information.

Ability to scroll back to previous slides during RCV
During presentations, it would be helpful to be able to scroll back to a slide/material previously presented and then jump back to the currently presented one or current screen. I propose to provide this ability for each individual user. This would not only be beneficial for enterprises in general but also for learning environments.

RC Admin to view currently scheduled meetings in Service Web
Request is for the ability to manage scheduled meetings via Service Web, both as an end-user and administrator. As an administrator, it gives visibility into end-user's meetings and provides them with additional details for troubleshooting or managing user settings.

Simplify Presentation Sharing from multiple people
In RCV, there are many instances where one person is sharing content but there are 5 'presenters.' Instead of one of those 5 needing to tell the one presenter to "advance the slide", the others talkers should have access to advance the slides. Another option could be to pre-load the content to RingCentral Video and "Allow moderators to manage content."

Request is for a cloud repository that can be used to attach files to invitations and make the content available to be shared from within the meeting, as this will share files more reliably from low bandwidth connected users.

List Supported Browsers in RC Video Invitation
The request is to add the supported browser information in the emailed invitation that RC Video sends out. It would also be helpful to have a support number to contact if they cannot connect.

RCV: Multiple segments for recorded calls
The request is to be able to divide calls that were stopped/started into multiple recorded segments. Currently, with RCV recording, it is only paused, stitching together a larger recording at the end.
