When creating a Survey to send out at the end of a webinar, it would be EXTREMELY helpful to have the ability to VIEW the questions in a way that is in 'real time' as to how it will be received by the attendee. Additionally, one MAJOR ISSUE is I can not see the entire survey on my screen (currently has 8 questions) and there is not way to scroll down the screen so i have to shrink my screen size to fit the survey but now it's so small, i can't read the survey.   2. In Canada we have both anglophone and francophone customers. When I setup a webinar, I can change the language of the email's being sent out however the registration page is defaulted to English.This is especially concerning for those Francophone users who can't read English or prefer the experience in their native tongue. That experience reflects negatively on us as a Company that services both and not Ringcentral.

  5. Currently registration is only allowed for the webinar component and is not featureed for a RingCentral meeting. The value of allowing registration for a meeting allows a teacher to have a class list they can refer to before the class starts - know the audience. Scheduling training using the webinar will not work as breakout rooms are not enabled for webinars and this is a must have feature for training.

For Mac users on the New Outlook, when trying to schedule a RingCentral meeting through the RCM app on desktop, the invitation will populate as an attachment, rather than with the actual details itself. There should be a feature on RCM that's available for the New Outlook, so that the meetings can populate with the actual invitation, rather than as an attachment.

  7. Under "Reports" > "Usage Reports" > "Webinar" it would be nice to be able to check boxes from a series of webinars between a range of dates and generate one Excel document with all the data automatically. Currently reports must be generated one at a time and complied by hand.

  8. Using RingCentral to deliver training, it would be great to set up some sub-chats so that small groups could chat amongst themselves without broadcasting that to the entire group.For example, I have a class of 16 and I want to subdivide them in to 4 groups of 4.

  10. aside from getting rc meeting link and dial in number, is it possible to have an ms team link available as well ,So that Participants have choice to join the meeting either through MS Team or through Ringcentral.

  11. After the Webinar is concluded, when you click on the "End meeting", it currently ends the meeting for everyone, including the panelists. It would be nice to have the ability to end the meeting only for the attendees and allow the panelists and host to stay connected for an after-meeting debrief, discussion, etc. This is something that other webinar-type systems do currently.

  13. One of the unnaturally things about video conferencing is that every is looking away, to some extent. Unless they are trained TV personalities :-)For the speaker there is no sense of eye contact and, since the order that people appear in the gallery varies, people are looking in different directions, which is also strange.I suggest adding a feature to the gallery view to reserve the top, center position for the current speaker.This way, other participants can approximate eye contact while looking at the speaker, and have all the participants in view.   14. Currently, if one user on the account is in a remote meeting, another cannot have their own separate meeting going at the same time. This makes it difficult for our staff to schedule remote meetings with clients as we have to work around each other's RingCentral meeting schedule. I would like to be able to meet with a client remotely while my coworker is working with their client in a separate remote meeting.

  16. It would be great to have the option to pay for a one-time large meeting or large webinar license. Rarely does my company need to host a meeting with up to 1000 participants, but occasionally we do. Paying monthly for a license we may only use a few times a year is costly and unnecessary, so a one-time payment for one meeting at a time would be awesome. Example: you go on the admin portal to the Webinar/Meetings in Billing and have the option to assign a user a one-time license for 1000. The one-time payment is reflected in your…

The functionally of a live webinar currently as a host can pause the recording of the webinar and then re-start, but if the webinar itself is live, the attendees cannot pause it unless the host actually stops it for a few minutes. We would like the ability for attendees to pause a live webinar and join where they had left off.

  18. Users with webinar licenses would find the ability to change webinar verbiage useful. For example, the 'Speakers' section continues to say 'Speakers' even when there is only one speaker designated. Also, the word Speaker should be editable to say 'Presenter' or any other word the customer chooses. This functionality exists with Zoom.

  19. This webinar platform is basically useless as a lead generation tool currently. Poor registration options and tracking capabilities along with poor webinar capabilities for on demand webinars with no option to upload a webinar to the platform to play back when users want it to, whenever.

  20. There should be a way to enable an inbound call automatically to join a meeting. For example, when dialing a certain number, rather than go to a attendant to enter another 10 digits, there should be a way to be dropped directly into a meeting with using the same meeting ID (example: personal meeting ID).
