For example, many users would prefer to keep C: drive as spacious as possible with all of their apps (excluding system apps) to be on another drive. This also helps the users to have clean and systematic files hierarchy throughout their systems—just as how people would organize their drawers by grouping together similar folders.

If you maintain more than one calendar have them show up in RingCentral indifferent colors.
Right now it merges all the calendars (5) into my calendar no difference in who it is for and/or option to choose a different color.

Analytics data for RCV QOS is confusing.
Customer request: " I wanted to make a request to have an update to the analytics portal for RingCentral Video. It would be extremely helpful to see more than just the lowest Received FPS stream for a participant. Best case scenario, it would be great to be able to see the quality of each received stream throughout the entire meeting. If that’s not possible, it would still be helpful to see the number of streams, along with the highest, average, and lowest quality metrics. Invert 'Mark As Read' logic for SMS in RC app.
Our staff thinks it would be better if our sms messages were ONLY marked as read when:1) We reply to them2) We force them marked as read (by sliding on the phone or right clicking on the thread and choosing 'mark as read'This logic would make missing unreplied text messages much easier. Also, we don't need to apply this to everyone's account by default, this could be an option in the backend (called "Invert Mark As Read Logic" or something like that).Please let me know if you have any questions!

allow conference calling without the video features for organizer
when an organizer wants to call in to a conference call it treats them like a participant and puts them in a waiting room. Can you add the ability for the organizer to create an open call where all callers are automatically allowed in and the call ends when all participants hang up? basically this is a non centrally controlled call where all callers join the call and there is no moderator or controller just an open line to call in to. seems like being the controller requires you to be on the website doing a video call just to…

Whether on WiFi or on cell network signal, a user is prompted to “use internet audio”. Wondering if this can change to “use network audio” in the event a user is joining but their phone is not connected to any WiFi. Allow Participants to share only their Audio if they choose to
Zoom allows this and other platforms as well and would make things go easier for some meetings.
