It would be better if there were a setting to control how quickly the AI receptionist reads our greeting, and perhaps include a pause to make it sound more natural.

    Thank you for suggesting more control over AIR’s voice response speed. AIR now supports adjusting its speaking speed, allowing you to choose a pace that works better for your callers.

    You can find this option under AIR Settings > Voice.

    The AI receptionist is asking questions twice and also asks permission to ask questions
