Display AI Receptionist Lead Capture Answers Before Transfer by Name Calls Are Answered
When AI Receptionist uses Lead Capture and then transfers a caller to a specific person using Transfer by Name, the information collected from the caller is not shown to the receiving user before they answer the call.
We would like the RingEX incoming call screen to display the information collected by Lead Capture, such as the caller’s name, company, and reason for calling, so the recipient can see it before answering.
This would help users understand who is calling and why before accepting the call.
