Disable AI "Automatic notes"

Our company needs to get consent before starting any AI Notetaking. We would like the setting for "Automatic notes" turned off and greyed out so it's not an option. This would ensure we always get consent and then turn on the AI Notes feature.

    We have turned this off in the admins platform

    I get hung up on when customers hear the announcement thinking that this is a robocall.

    This is a critical issue being in a heavily regulated Banking industry. We need the AI Notes disabled due to customer impact and storage of possible customer Non-public Information in RingCentral Cloud environment.
