In any call flow setup for AIR want to be able to live answer (set the # of rings) before forwarding to AIR. Many companies still like live answer but after all backups if we do no answer AIR is perfect for business hours. After hours can pick up right away but also would like the ability to set the # of rings just in case we are in the office and did want to answer.

It would make the functionality so much better if it could roll over to AI instead of voicemail.
