  2. Separate AI permission settings for roles in RingEX

    Customer wants Separate permission sets for the AI tab in RC admin portal. Allow user with designated permissions to access the RC AIR portal.

    They would also like to see a way to export RC AIR call transcripts and send via email that I designate as such.

  3. log in and log out history should be accessible to agents

    Agents should have access to their log in and log out history, especially when its needed for timesheet purposes.

  4. download calls

    Is there a way that we can get our calls to download and listen to faster? We use our call for in site and recap on information in a call to drop our appointments.

  5. disable video meeting
