    PLEASE MAKE VIDEO HARDER TO ENABLE IN THE MOBILE APP:

    I hate that I accidentally turn on video during a call. Sometimes my cheek activates it without me realizing it. If the call continues long enough, the customer may end up seeing the inside of my ear for the rest of the phone call, turned into video.

    Please add a confirmation step before enabling video or provide an option to disable video calling entirely.
