1. Log RingCentral videos/meetings to my CRM

   A common customer request is to enable the tracking and memorialization of video meetings in their CRM. This capabiity would monitor past meetings, and upload a recording if it exists, a transcript if it exists, and record all other meta data in the CRM about the meeting - automatically associating it with the right contact.

   Good news - Jobber has expressed interest in building an integration using App Connect.

   Summary

   Enable automatic or on-demand export of RingCentral (RC) Video meeting transcriptions into Bullhorn, allowing users to store, search, and manage meeting records within their recruiting workflow.

   Problem Statement

   Recruiters and account managers frequently conduct candidate interviews, client meetings, and internal discussions via RC Video. While RC provides transcription, these remain siloed within RingCentral. Bullhorn is the central system of record for recruiters, and the lack of direct integration leads to:

   Manual copy-paste of transcripts, which is time-consuming and error-prone.

   Loss of important context when notes are incomplete or inaccurately transcribed.

   Reduced visibility for teams that rely on Bullhorn to track candidate/client interactions.

   Proposed Solution

   Implement a feature to push RC Video meeting transcriptions into Bullhorn. Options could include:

   Automatic Sync – Once a meeting transcript is generated in RC, it is automatically attached to the corresponding candidate/client record in Bullhorn.

   Manual Push – From the RC Video interface, allow users to select "Push to Bullhorn" and choose the appropriate record.

4. Build integration for Wealthbox

   Wealthbox is a CRM used by Financial Advisors to log tasks, calls, meetings, contacts, etc. We would like to intrgrate RingCentral with Wealthbox to streamline calling/messaging clients easier.
