  1. It would be great to be able to capture texts and calls directly in the managment software. Another company is already working with PracticePanther to capture texts, but it makes no sense to me to have two text phone numbers. I prefer RingCentral texting and want to capture that information in the client file and also capture the duration of calls for billing purposes.

  2. We've heard from several customers who use Jobber, a leading field service CRM, and are interested in a native integration with RingCentral through the App Connect framework. Jobber helps service-based businesses manage scheduling, client communication, invoicing, and job tracking—often in the field and on the go.   4. Submitting a request in behalf of a customer. Currently App connect only has per user settings. Customer looking for an option where we can have am ADMIN settings where we can push all changes on the settings to all the users/Extensions. Integration team confirmed that we do not have this feature yet and to submit a request.

    We are in fact looking into a contact synchronization solution for App Connect, but in truth, it is not likely to involve BeeTexting. Our solution is likely to sync contacts from your CRM into your RIngCentral address book.

    Eva - I would love to better understand what you mean here. Could you post a comment explaining this in more detail. Do you mean add attendees to a call, or does this relate more to the logging of the call?

  15. Description:
    Request to enable visibility of voicemail messages for co-recipients within the RingCentral App Connect dialer. Currently, this functionality is only available in the standalone RingCentral application, where users can view voicemail messages sent to co-recipients.

    Current Limitation:

    • App Connect does not currently support displaying voicemail logs for co-recipients.
    • Caller ID for standalone inbound calls is also not displayed within App Connect.
    • These are known limitations, and the development team has confirmed that updates addressing this may not be implemented until Q1 2026.

    Business Impact:
    Users who rely on App Connect are unable to view shared voicemail messages, affecting visibility…

  19. Currently, all call log details settings values are stored in the Message field.

    The other fields, CALL TYPE and CALL LENGTH, are still empty.

    The customer will like each field to show the data.

    These fields are currently custom fields and as per upstream peers, we do not support at the moment.
