  1. Match contacts and companies in Clio

    Right now we appear to only be searching contacts of type Person. This customer needs to match contacts of type Person and type Company.

  2. Auto-install App Connect for employees

    Best method to deploy the RC App connect to our current users in bulk.

    Standardize the settings for deployment as I have them functioning in my current test environment.

    App Connect can be deployed in bulk to users using Google Workspace admin tools. Distribution of App Connect is done via Google, and cannot be facilitated directly by RingCentral - for security and other reasons.
