  2. There was a recent big outage that affect both Avaya Cloud Office and RingCentral customers. In that outage a lot of calls had to be fielded that were reporting the same issues. The above links show us the status of the service upon visiting, but it would also be nice to be alerted in close to real-time or real-time of those types of service disruptions for either platform via an email. As a business partner this would be nice to know so as to alert our customers of the outage in advance prior to them having to call in and…

  4. I would like to see my messages and when they have been seen or not seen. this could be a valuable impute for managers and employees alike because its something small but you dont know if theyve read your message

  6. Update the locked user access email being sent to the Super Admin email.

    The super admin email is notified when an extension gets locked out for an incorrect password. The email received contains a way for the user to reset their extension, however, it doesn't fit for the admin to reset it. The content should inform the admin that there is an attempt to log in to the account multiple times resulting in being locked out.

    Admin should be informed to contact the agent if it's valid and help them reset the password if they initiate it. Otherwise, it is…

  7. New voice messages in Spanish are illegible. Voice to text needs to include Spanish AI option.

    Implement the feature to allow voice to text dictation to be in Spanish
    Currently, messages are illegible due to the lack of this feature.
    Time is wasted when we have to log in to listen to the messages.

  8. I need to be able to set up an alert that will notify me if there are no agents logged in during business hours.

  9. Alert to specific users based on call activity, for outbound calls/sales team.

    We have a live dashboard that shows the current user statuses and duration, while the dashboard is valuable the manager of the team said it would be cool if in addition to that we could trigger emails to certain users if they are off the phone for more than a certain ammount of time.

    For example, on a day where the user made made at least one call, send the user an email if later in the day they do not make a call for more than x…
