  2. For ease of lead management, looking to get a List Loader tool for Hubspot similar to the one available for Salesforce: https://support.ringcentral.com/article-v2/uploading-and-managing-salesforce-leads-in-ringcx-with-lead-list-loader.html?brand=RingCentral&product=RingCX&language=en_US

    This will optimize managing the dialer lists, enabling users to upload leads without needing to build APIs in Hubspot.

    2. What is your use case for this feature request? - We would like to be able to call multiple people in a specific area code but when you only have 2-3 numbers per state it makes it hard as states have multiple area codes. Have multiple numbers per area code would be helpful.

  4. The customer would like a lead management functionality in our outbound dialer. wherein, the lead(no party connect ex. AM, NA, etc) can be dialed with 6 attempts in a week, then system to redial the lead after 2mos and 3 weeks (3mos interval from the day lead was uploaded in the campaign) then do it again on the 6th, 9th and 12th month.

  6. To use the progressive/preview dialer, which we want to be able to do, you must upload a list to RingCentral. This means that RingCentral and Salesforce are only syncing one way (Call log activity through RingCentral to Salesforce)

  7. Currently when a lead detail was shown to the agent. They have to scroll down at the very bottom making it difficult in finding important lead information right away.

    It would be better if we have a feature where we can customize which lead detail will be shown at the very top so that the agent's wont have difficulty finding certain information specially if there are a lot of lead details being shown to agents.

  8. in our campaign (comcast ) we have to select the right disposition before closing a call, the first option is ¨SALE¨. by this being the first option this generates an error since is right by the most common disposition (hang up) by selecting the sale options this impacts the campaign so it would be good to change the sale option to alphabetical order or at least not right by the most common option (hang up)

  9. we would love to see this in future releases, especially in the case of running multiple outbound campaigns on the predictive mode. It would be nice to just have a large pool of agents all logged in to the same mix of campaigns rather than splitting up the team, that way the outbound traffic has that natural flow along with the inbound traffic, as if being logged into multiple inbound queues. This would assist in removing some of the seams in the workday and allow agents to stay fresh on all of our products, rather than having to learn to…
